A bit more about me
My first 12 3/4 years I taught at HMS, then they moved me over to CVHS during 4th quarter to teach World History. The first 10 years I taught 8th grade Civics as my main classes with some Reading, Spanish, and Technology sprinkled in. The next 2 years I have taught boys P.E. and last year I taught Civics. I also coach Cross Country and Track and Field at Chino Valley High School. It seems like I am constantly on the go!
I met my wonderful wife, Catherine, while we both attended Yavapai College in Prescott. We got married in 2000 and have 4 beautiful children--Emmeline, Quenton, Madeleine, and Eliana.
I like to run, hike, be outdoors, and play/watch sports. I ran my first marathon in 2010, the Deadwood Mickelson Trail Marathon in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I was 3rd in my age group with a time of 3:35:17.
